About the Role

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Value Specialist. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers by providing them with personalized health solutions and claim resolutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual recommendations of the most suitable health and wellbeing products based on customer needs
  • Work within the wider community to develop business and community-based relationships that promote the Bupa brand and products
  • Assist existing Bupa members in their day-to-day transactions and ensure they understand the full value of their health insurance product
  • Provide solutions to any identified concerns or needs and educate members on all the benefits they can access
