You'll be working on high-profile water infrastructure projects, contributing to the delivery of projects in the Infrastructure Planning and Capital Delivery Group. This role will see you developing and maintaining project schedules, reviewing contractors' baseline and progressed schedules, and ensuring project performance forecasts are accurately reported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with Project Managers to define work breakdowns, tasks, activity logic, and durations for schedule development.
  • Monitoring and controlling project schedules through various phases.
  • Monthly reporting on project progress, variances, and forecast changes.
  • Identifying critical path activities and facilitating rectification measures.
  • Reviewing contractor or consultant schedules to ensure adherence to scheduling guidelines.
  • Managing Oracle Primavera P6 SAAS for the group, including user access, privileges, new project setup, and providing training and advice.
  • Supervising and training project schedulers to ensure scheduling procedures are followed.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Major Project scheduling.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, engineering, or business.
  • Advanced skills in developing schedules and using Primavera P6.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously.

This position has a salary range of $118,579 - $129,013 plus superannuation benefits.
