The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Infrastructure Project Lead to join our Infrastructure Planning and Capital Delivery Group. This role will be responsible for the planning and delivery of Seqwater's short and long-term portfolio of capital delivery projects.

In this role, you will implement project management frameworks to enable timely and in-scope delivery of our capital programs. You will be the key client representative, ensuring all project phases are completed within budget and minimising disruption to normal business activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality project management and contract administration services
  • Oversee capital planning, business case development, and construction activities
  • Identify major strategic issues for the organisation and integrate diverse stakeholder interests
  • Develop project schedules, including risk management and contingency planning
  • Ensure commitment to exceeding all safety, compliance, and quality assurance requirements
What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will bring a demonstrated background in the effective planning and delivery of major projects. You will have experience building and leading diverse owner teams and procuring and managing tier one contractors in the delivery of large water infrastructure and earthwork projects.

You will possess tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or Economics and substantial experience in planning and delivering major physical infrastructure projects.

An appreciation of industry and regulatory requirements and how they relate to asset planning and delivery, as well as experience administering major commercial contracts of a collaborative nature, is also essential.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a generous leave entitlement.
