Job Title: Brand Creative Leader

About the Role:

  • Leverage your creative vision to drive bold campaigns that connect with our audience.
  • Develop and execute seasonal campaigns, managing concept through delivery.
  • Create a brand guide and establish distinctive brand assets.
  • Manage partnerships and oversee all creative output including ecommerce imagery and digital assets.
  • Analyse campaign performance and make strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in a creative or brand-focused role.
  • A strong creative eye with the ability to direct shoots and translate brand vision into compelling campaigns.
  • A proven team leader who can mentor junior creatives.
  • Excellent communicator with strong project management skills.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience working with ecommerce platforms.
  • Background in CRM or PR.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading brand communication across all channels.
  • Creating social content, ecommerce imagery, packaging, and other digital assets.
  • Guiding PR and event strategies, including influencer activations.
