Role Description:

As a Brand Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of consumer connection. You will be responsible for developing and implementing brand-defining campaigns that drive audience growth and cultural relevance.

  • Utilize data, intelligence, and marketing theory to craft compelling stories that resonate with audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of communications strategies that unlock audience growth and cultural relevance.
  • Collaborate with media, creative, technology, and platform partners to curate how brands show up within culture.
  • Lead diagnostics, guide audience quantification, champion innovation, and ensure communications strategies deliver measurable impact for clients.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years' experience in strategy and communications planning within a leading media or creative agency.
  • Expertise in consumer and communications behaviour with the ability to synthesise data into actionable ideas.
  • Strong knowledge of core marketing theories, analytics, and modelling is essential, along with the ability to apply this to validate or unlock communications strategies.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, and excellent communication skills to engage senior stakeholders.
