About the Role:
This is a leadership position responsible for ensuring the profitable operation and management of the store. You will be leading by example in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and meeting targets, and recruiting, training, and developing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and profitable store operations
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in retail management with a proven track record of success
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends and evenings
- Proficiency in computer skills with a focus on sales and inventory management
- Affinity with surfing and the beach lifestyle
