Process Engineering Role

This is a senior process engineering position based in our head office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and provide technical expertise to lead engineering phases from concept to delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and clients to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
  • Oversee and track single-discipline projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality technical reports as required.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals and tenders for new and ongoing works.
  • Provide expert guidance on quality assurance and process safety to junior engineers.
  • Develop the skills of junior engineers and build strong client relationships.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in process engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 years' experience in the oil and gas and/or future fuels industries.
  • CPEng or CEng/RPEQ registration is highly desirable.
  • Excellent proficiency in using Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, and DNV PHAST software is essential.
  • Solid understanding of process safety principles, including risk identification and assessment.
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Australian and international standards and regulations.
