Job Title: Data Center Operations Trainee

Description:

  • ">
  • The selected candidate will assist in the management of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure all work performed aligns with established practices and local legislation.">
  • Maintenance of performance benchmarks, analysis, and report preparation on critical facility infrastructure operations and maintenance.">
  • Generate Change Management requests and Incident Management tickets for designated personnel as directed.">
  • Assist in learning and contributing to documentation relevant to business and facility operations.">
  • Support installation of racks and provision of power/cooling within constraints.">
  • Participate in routine maintenance and emergency services on critical systems such as switchgear, generators, UPS systems, etc.">
  • Assist in design, implementation, commissioning, and build-out of new facilities.">
  • Manage Facility assets and provide infrastructure and inventory asset management as directed.">
  • May participate in Construction and Operational Meetings as required.">
  • Assist in Work Order compliance and review of contractual SLAs.">
  • Interface with Infra Ops teams for day-to-day operational requirements.">
  • Resolve any infrastructure engineering or services issue.">
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.">
  • Meet daily hours of operation, shift, and on-call requirements for response during shift rotations.">

  • Ability to lift rack equipment and work in cramped spaces or elevated locations.">
