Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our agribusiness lending operations. As Lending Lead, you will be responsible for optimizing our lending processes and improving credit quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with the Agribusiness Banking division to enhance lending capabilities, drive a customer-focused approach, and reduce processing times for our customers. Your expertise in agribusiness credit and lending will play a key role in enhancing the division's performance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading high-performing teams, coaching, and mentoring staff to foster growth and improve capabilities. Strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of end-to-end lending and credit processes, and a customer-centric approach are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with Active Ops / Workware planning and methodologies preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership expertise in agribusiness.
  • A deep understanding of end-to-end lending and credit processes.
  • Refined skills in coaching and leading high-performing teams.
