Role OverviewThis is a full-time opportunity as a Customer Care Consultant working with our top client in the Mega Mining business team. The role will be based at our Blackwoods office in Canning Vale, WA.
Responsibilities- We are seeking a skilled individual to handle all telephone and email enquiries, striving for first point of contact resolution and total customer satisfaction.
- The successful candidate will expedite orders to ensure delivery expectations are met and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
- They will identify and assess customer requirements by effective questioning and interrogation of the system, focusing on improving the customer experience through proactive service and process improvements.
- The ideal candidate will feel empowered to make financially sound decisions to deliver an outstanding service to our Mega Mining Customers.
- Additionally, they will engage in all team and individual training to stay up-to-date with processes/policies and system changes.
- Release EDI exceptions to ensure customer orders flow through the system efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills to drive the right outcome for both customers and the business.
- Ability to multitask and undertake various roles within the team.
- A sense of urgency to resolve requests as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Excellent communication and administration skills.
