**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to lead our team in maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our council-controlled roadsides and open spaces.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team, operating various mowing equipment safely and efficiently, and ensuring lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to maintain and enhance green spaces
  • Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
  • Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
  • Complete service requests as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in zero turn mowing and brush cutting
  • Valid Manual Drivers Licence
  • White Card
  • ACDC licence highly regarded
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
