Job Title: Data Management Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with experience in data management and administration? We are seeking a skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the integrity of our database, processing monthly donations, and responding to enquiries from supporters and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the database (Raisers Edge) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Process monthly credit card and direct debit data for pledge runs and re-attempts
  • Respond to enquiries from supporters and stakeholders
  • Assist with the efficiency and effectiveness of the database - Raisers Edge

Requirements:

  • Experience with Raiser's Edge database or a similar CRM platform
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building capabilities
  • A positive, energetic, and empathetic nature
  • First-class written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work as part of a close-knit team, with the skills to work autonomously when needed
