The Role

We are looking for a skilled Dental Support Professional to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to work with us.

As a Dental Support Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our patients by providing excellent customer service.
  • Preparing patients and facilities for dental treatment.
  • Providing quality chairside assistance to our dentists.
  • Ensuring instrument sterilization and infection control solutions.
  • Maintaining and implementing infection control standards and procedures.
  • Caring for patients from entry to the surgery and recall management.
Your Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 12 months of experience as a dental assistant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
  • An ability to maintain an organized workspace and systematic approaches.
  • A cheerful and light-hearted manner when interacting with patients.
