\We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our dynamic team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key player in supporting our People Strategy, you will coach and provide quality advice and support to leaders and employees, becoming the first line of contact between them and the broader People and People Services Teams.
\In this role, you will respond to general and operational HR enquiries or take on assigned work, ensuring everyone feels supported and empowered. You will advise on employment issues, support change initiatives, interpret employment legislation, and prepare insightful HR strategy reports and draft policies and procedures.
\To be successful, you will bring Australian citizenship, a post-secondary qualification in Human Resources, experience interpreting legislation and regulations, and excellent communication and consulting skills.
