About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated People and Culture Advisor with an ambitious attitude to join our dedicated team in Adelaide, South Australia.

This role reports to the People and Culture Business Partner and has a heavy focus on recruitment and onboarding, while also providing generalist HR advisory support.

Key Objectives
  • Recruitment: Create job descriptions, develop job adverts, participate in Career Exhibitions, train hiring managers, manage Visa and work eligibility requirements, triage backpacker expression of interest enquiries, and manage the careers email inbox.
  • HR Advisory Support: Provide advice on award interpretation, maintain up-to-date knowledge of FairWork/NES changes, lead and manage employee onboarding and offboarding, and provide administrative support.
Skills and Experience

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a people and culture or recruitment role.
  • A qualification in human resource/psychology (or similar) is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A team-oriented approach and can-do attitude.
