ServiceNow Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow specialist to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design and development of ServiceNow platform capabilities, as well as strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and develop ServiceNow platform capabilities such as Platform Workflows (Technology, Customer, Creator, Employee)
  • Develop ServiceNow applications within those workflows
  • Implement core platform capabilities that support business requirements
  • Ensure ServiceNow platform governance and considerations for scalability
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow development concepts and applications in a client or project environment
Requirements
  • Strong experience developing with languages/technologies such as HTML, CSS, Angular, HTTP, REST and SOAP communication protocols
  • Experience defining ServiceNow requirements, building solution design documentation, or running functional workshops in an agile manner
  • Experience with practice/process frameworks such as ITIL, ISO standards, IT4IT
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, high level level of organisation and time management with ability to work proactively and autonomously in a deadline-driven environment
