Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Hand to join our team in an Aged Care facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, washing equipment and performing general kitchen duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, including washing equipment and floors
  • Assist the Chef with meal preparation and cooking
  • Perform general kitchen duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Catering Assistant in an aged care setting
  • Ability to work mornings, late shifts and weekends if required
  • Physically fit, with ability to lift heavy loads
  • NDIS check or willingness to obtain
  • Up-to-date COVID vaccinations or willingness to get vaccinated
  • Australian working rights

Working Hours:

  • Part-time, Permanent and Casual positions available
  • 8 hour shift

Benefits:

$29.00 per hour pay rate
