We are seeking a highly skilled clinician to lead our Primary Psychological Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health triage, clinical decision-making, and crisis assessment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide recovery-oriented and trauma-informed mental health triage
  • Conduct screening assessments across the lifespan
  • Assess and manage risk, allocating follow-up care in line with Victorian Mental Health Triage Response categories
  • Direct referrals to the most appropriate team or external provider
  • Support after-hours bed management for acute admissions

Maintain accurate documentation in relevant systems.

Requirements
  • Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN3) with proven experience in mental health triage, clinical decision-making, and crisis assessment
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to travel (fuel reimbursed within VIC)
