The Team Lead provides strategic direction and operational oversight to a team of mental health clinicians and support staff. Our team offers recovery-focused services that enhance young people's employability, educational attainment, and social integration.

We are seeking an experienced leader with:

  • A strong track record of managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to lead the development and implementation of clinical models of care to ensure timely, high-quality, and accessible services

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Approved tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist, Social Worker)
  • Significant clinical expertise and leadership experience of at least 3 years
