We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic customer service professionals to join our team.
This role involves providing excellent customer service, accurate information, and courteous communication to patrons at the front desk or via telephone inquiries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks including cash handling, membership sales, and basic administration duties.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all patrons.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Manage membership sales and related administrative tasks.
Role Details:
- Salary: $29.15 per hour (plus casual loading if applicable) + 12% Superannuation.
- Part Time and Casual Opportunities Available.
- Work across multiple locations.
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday - 4:30am – 11:00pm.
- Saturday - 4:30am – 8:30pm.
- Sunday and public holidays - 7:00am – 8:30pm.
Part Time Shifts:
- Aqualink Nunawading: Monday 05:45-09:45, 08:30-12:30; Tuesday 09:45-14:00, 17:30-22:15; Wednesday 08:45-12:30, 16:00-20:30; Thursday 16:00-20:30; Friday 13:45-17:45, 17:45-22:15; Saturday 08:00-11:45.
- Aqualink Box Hill: Monday 14:15-18:15, 18:15-22:45; Tuesday 16:30-20:30; Wednesday 12:30-16:30; Thursday 16:30-20:30; Friday 16:00-21:00, 18:15-22:30; Saturday 15:45-19:30; Sunday 08:00-12:15, 11:45-15:45.
