Job Title: Mathematics Educator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Mathematics Teacher to fill a vacant role in either a part-time or full-time capacity at our esteemed K-12 Independent College.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Develop captivating lesson plans that spark excitement and cater to diverse learning styles, thereby enhancing student engagement and academic performance.
  • Cultivate a nurturing, safe classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued, empowered, and supported throughout their educational journey.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to design interdisciplinary projects that make learning an immersive experience, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Harness the power of technology to generate engaging and modern learning experiences, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide thoughtful guidance and support to learners, fostering their holistic development and preparing them for success in an ever-evolving world.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in education or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • VIT registration (required).
  • Proven experience teaching Mathematics is desirable however freshly graduated teachers are also welcome to apply.
  • Confidence in delivering the curriculum outcomes and planning outstanding lessons that engage and extend students.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents, promoting open communication and a positive school environment.
  • Proven ability to incorporate technology into the curriculum, leveraging digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
