Property Management Graduate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Property Management team in the Disability Housing sector.

This role provides hands-on experience in managing properties and understanding operational, compliance, and stakeholder engagement aspects. Ideal for students or recent graduates in property, real estate, social work, or business.

  • Assist with day-to-day property management activities including tenancy onboarding, inspections, and condition reporting.
  • Support with tenant communications, support coordination, and provider liaison.
  • Help organise repairs, maintenance requests, and contractor bookings.
  • Participate in property enrolment processes and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain internal systems such as property registers, participant files, and invoicing records.
  • Contribute to reporting, marketing coordination, and client support.
  • Attend site visits, property handovers, and post-move-in checks where necessary.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Practical understanding of disability operations and NDIS compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in managing tenancies within a complex care environment.
  • Improved organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to CRM tools, property management software, and industry documentation.
  • Insight into person-centred approaches to housing for people with disabilities.
