About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences, promoting our products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintaining effective communication with customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely manner is crucial for this role.
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, maintaining a safe working environment and operating point of sale systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Point of Sale Operations: Operating point of sale systems accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt transactions and minimizing errors.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a safe working environment and achieve business objectives.
- Candidate Profile: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a positive attitude.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, relevant certifications an asset.
- Experience: Previous customer-facing experience, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in point of sale systems.
