About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our small, close-knit team working closely with our client on their site. The team has a diverse mix of skills, and cross-training is a strategy that requires flexibility.

Your role in the team will be to work closely with the product development team and customer product owners to ensure work progresses on schedule and to the desired level of quality. You will serve as a coach and mentor to our team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the team meets its objectives consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and coordinate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering the team's progress.
  • Communicate project development status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
  • Ensure the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.

What You'll Bring to Make An Impact

You will need certification in Agile methodologies, Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, and holding a minimum of TSPV security clearance as an Australian Citizen.
