Guest Experience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Guest Experience Specialist. As part of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they have a memorable experience at our hotel.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting guests with check-in and departure processes, including handling general enquiries and providing information about the hotel and surrounding area.
  • Engaging with guests to create opportunities for future bookings and building relationships with existing and new guests.
  • Supporting the front office team in operational tasks, such as taking guest reservations and performing cash handling responsibilities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to work overnight shifts and have a smart solution-oriented attitude.

Requirements:

  • Experience using OPERA property management systems or similar.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Working rights in Australia.
