Key Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the territory. This key role involves maintaining a strong net customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and maximising sales for all brands within each customer account.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in field sales, a proven track record of building strong customer relationships, and a degree in commerce or marketing preferred but not essential.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain a robust customer portfolio and identify fresh business prospects.
- Drive sales expansion for all brands within each client account.
- Achieve distribution milestones for new products and core ranges.
- Implement monthly sales targets and propel new product distribution.
- Deliver excellence in merchandise management across the territory.
- Meet return on investment criteria for discounts and capital investments.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate stakeholders.
- Proven sales experience in a similar field.
- Ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
- Prior experience in sales is highly desirable.
