As a forward-thinking advertising agency, we thrive on bold, innovative ideas. We're seeking a Senior Creative Team (Art Director & Copywriter) to lead our global projects from Sydney or Melbourne.
The Role:
You'll work closely with our Creative Directors and Chief Creative Officer to generate ideas for compelling, integrated campaigns with a strong digital presence.
Responsibilities include leading visual direction and design, creating high-quality visuals, collaborating with the Senior Copywriter, and overseeing the design process from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Visual Direction: Collaborate with the Creative team to push ideas further and create unique, AI-powered creative outputs using Adobe Firefly and MidJourney.
- Create High-Quality Visuals: Develop visually appealing designs that demonstrate variety and tone, leveraging tools like Firefly and MidJourney for cutting-edge visuals.
- Collaborate with the Senior Copywriter: Work together to develop integrated concepts and messaging that resonate with audiences.
- Oversee Design Process: Manage junior designers and ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience at a Senior Art Director or Senior Copywriter level, preferably within an advertising agency.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create industry-recognised, engaging, high-quality work across both digital and traditional media.
- Expertise in digital tools, including Adobe Firefly and MidJourney, to produce AI-powered visuals and creative content.
- Deep understanding of the advertising industry and the ability to think strategically and creatively to voice a point of view.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with other creatives, clients, and stakeholders.
- A passion for pushing boundaries and experimenting with new technologies to drive creative innovation.
Salary:
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
