Role Overview

We are seeking high-performing Technical Implementation Engineers to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building SaaS Fintech solutions across various industries.

Senior Technical Implementation Manager Responsibilities

The primary technical point of contact for clients during implementation, guiding customers through product configuration and data integration. Collaboration with clients' technical teams to streamline API and SFTP integrations and address technical questions throughout the implementation process.

A deep understanding of the product and its configurations, implementing and supporting high-complexity projects, ensuring successful deployment. Actively contributing to troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

Working alongside Solution Architects and Project Managers to deliver best-fit solutions for clients, engaging with internal teams to overcome roadblocks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in at least two of the following programming languages: C, C++, C#, Node.js, Java, Python, PHP
  • Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols (JWT, SAML)
  • Strong understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP) and data integration
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases
  • Familiarity with SFTP for secure file transfers
  • Exposure to Big Data technologies is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
