This exciting role is an ultra-rare opportunity for a skilled Property Manager to join a well-resourced and supportive team.

Our client is a full-service real estate agency that specialises in high end sales and property management, and this newly created position is due to growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio of properties close to the office, with tasks including conducting inspections, organising maintenance and repairs, and liaising with tenants, landlords and tradespeople.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Managing a well-kept portfolio of 100 properties all within close proximity to the office
  • Conducting regular inspections, arranging maintenance and repairs as needed
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords and tradespeople to ensure smooth communication
  • Coordinating rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Finalising bond claims
  • Minimising rental arrears through proactive measures

About You

Previous experience in a Leasing or Property Officer/Property Manager role is essential, along with a current Certificate of Registration/Real Estate License.

Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, good time management and organisation skills, and a valid Driver's Licence with own reliable vehicle.
