About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our team to undertake quality workmanship and ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition. This is a full-time position, and the primary purpose is to be responsible for the timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles. You will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and your skills with computers while interacting with a range of people. Reporting to the Centre Manager, this role will work within our large network of repair facilities and provide stability and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients and work providers
  2. Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures
  3. Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online
  4. Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
  5. Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness as required
  6. Managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorized in a timely manner
  7. Assisting with production management of the center where required
  8. Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition

About You

We are looking for a proven professional with experience in a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry. Proven experience with AudaNet would be highly desirable. Ibody experience is desirable but not necessary. You should possess excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers. You should be highly professional and personable, with strong systems experience and competent computer abilities. Excel is an advantage but not necessary. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to meet strict deadlines, and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team, and have a strong commitment to working in a safe manner.
