A successful Centre Director is required to lead our Melbourne early learning centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare services, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality education and care.

About the Role
  • Oversee daily operations, guiding and mentoring a team of educators
  • Support and uphold policies, procedures, philosophy, and regulations
  • Develop collaborative partnerships with families and the wider local community
  • Ensure the highest quality of education and care is delivered

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Diploma in Child Services (or higher)
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Centre Manager
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills

Requirements
  • Diploma in Child Services or higher
