Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Digital Product Lead to drive strategic platform capabilities and integrations across our Martech stack. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy for digital products across multiple cross-functional squads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for digital products.
  • Define and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Participate in market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for agile development.
  • Ensure products are developed in a scalable, efficient manner, and lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and timely delivery of product features.
  • Review all customer feedback and complaints to gather insights on user behavior, needs, and pain points.
  • Mentor product managers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to product development and implementation.
Requirements

We're looking for an experienced product manager with a proven track record of launching and scaling digital products. You'll need to have relevant experience in Martech platforms, as well as a strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or lead role.
  • Relevant experience in Martech platforms, such as Moengage or Tealium.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira or Trello.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • Experience in mobile app and/or web-based platforms.
  • Familiarity with data analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or similar digital industries.
