We're seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a mortgage sales associate.

  • To succeed in this role, you'll need strong sales and relationship building skills.
About the Job

As a mortgage sales associate, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound customer enquiries, make outbound contact with leads, and convert them into qualified customer appointments for our brokers.

  • You'll prospect customers over the phone and discuss their lending needs.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases.
  • Leverage your sales and relationship building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment.
