Senior Field Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Marketing Specialist to join our team at Axway. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns and activities in the Asia Pacific region to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement field marketing plans and strategies to support sales teams in APAC sub-regions.
  • Align marketing strategies and tactics with APAC business objectives and sales leadership.
  • Manage allocated budget to support field marketing activities and events.
  • Research and design live events to increase engagement and response rates.
  • Develop and execute account-based campaigns to drive desired outcomes within priority accounts.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to manage campaigns and field marketing activities.
  • Forecast, measure, and analyze the impact of field marketing programs on key performance goals.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in demand creation campaigns and complex marketing projects.
  • Strong event coordination skills and knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Technical and strategic understanding of technology and industry solutions.
  • Basic understanding of business management and operations.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
