Overview

Axway is seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Marketing Specialist to join our team in the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns and activities to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales leadership and account executives to develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs.
  • Align marketing strategies and tactics with APAC's unique business objectives.
  • Manage allocated budget to support field marketing activities.
  • Design and manage live events to increase engagement and response rates.
  • Develop and execute account-based campaigns to drive desired outcomes within priority accounts.
  • Leverage Marketo and salesforce.com to manage campaigns and field marketing activities.
  • Forecast, measure, and analyze the impact of field marketing programs on key performance goals.
  • Track lead flow and ensure timely follow-up with event attendees and campaign responders.
  • Communicate key events and marketing campaigns to sales teams.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to obtain most advantageous field marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in demand creation campaigns and complex marketing projects.
  • Strong event coordination skills and knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation systems.
  • Technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions.
  • Business management and operations skills, including finance and revenue principles.
  • Confident communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide consultative input to senior sales leaders.
