As a dedicated advocate for individuals with disabilities, you will play a pivotal role in transforming lives through tailored employment solutions.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver quality services, adhering to contractual and compliance requirements while fostering meaningful relationships with local employers and community groups.

  • Identify and secure job opportunities that cater to participants' skills and aspirations.
  • Support participants in developing the necessary skills to become job-ready.
  • Deliver exceptional service while maintaining stringent compliance standards.
  • Enhance employability through targeted training and support referrals.
  • Develop personalized job plans that ensure clear employment pathways.

Successful candidates will possess a can-do attitude, empathy, and compassion towards those with disabilities. We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds who share our commitment to inclusivity and diversity.

Your Skills and Qualifications

A background in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration is desirable. You must be eligible to work in Australia, possess a valid driver's licence, and undergo a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.

  • Current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
