
Administrative Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Assistant providing support for projects. As a key member of the project management team, you will ensure the smooth running of projects by providing administrative assistance.
About the Role- Provide general reception duties, including taking customer calls and greeting visitors
- Format technical documents and presentations
- Purchase and manage office supplies
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff on an ad hoc basis
- Maintain cleanliness of the office and kitchen
- Assist with organizing internal and external business functions
- Perform ad-hoc projects as required
We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and business support. The ideal candidate will have previous administration or customer service experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
