Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Project Control Specialist to coordinate all activities relating to change requests, including tracking and auditing to maintain project stability.

This role reports to the Programme Management Office Lead and requires relevant qualifications and strong experience in project management principles.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in creating project management plans, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies.

  • Creation of project control plans
  • Identification of risks and development of risk mitigation strategies
  • Extensive consultation, coaching, and mentoring throughout the organisation and externally to ensure seamless integration

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently or collaboratively, managing multiple priorities, and tackling new tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project changes and implement change control procedures

• Develop and maintain project documentation and records

• Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as engineering, business administration, or project management

• Proven experience in project management, change management, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
