Program Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Program Control Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing project control functions, including cost control, scheduling, and contract management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project control functions to enable an optimal, transparent, and risk-managed delivery of the works program to meet business needs and expectations.

  1. Job Description:
  • Develop and maintain accurate project budgets and cost tracking systems within SAP.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to establish baseline expenditure forecasts and conduct monthly reviews across the full project and budget lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with Design Team Leaders to manage and track design delivery milestones.
  • Lead monthly performance review meetings with key stakeholders, covering time, cost, gate status, risks, opportunities, and any required escalations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or Project Management.
  • Proven ability to apply project management and control principles on major projects.
  • Experience working in a project team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues at different levels across the business.
  • Experience in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project) and SAP.
