Our company is seeking an experienced Senior Company Secretary to join our Corporate Services team in NSW.

The role will involve managing a team that provides corporate services to over 3,000 corporate clients, including company incorporations, discretionary trusts, and annual company statements.

Liaising with the broader Business Advisory division to service their client needs will also be a key aspect of the position.

We are looking for an individual who can develop and execute a strategy for the overall management and streamlining of corporate services.

This includes identifying opportunities to improve and streamline processes, such as through better use of technology, and educating and training professional staff and Partners.

About You:

We require a candidate with 10 years + experience in a similar role, Governance Institute of Australia qualification or equivalent, and experience within a Professional Services firm.

Excellent communication skills and Australian citizenship or permanent residency are also essential.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the Corporate Services team providing corporate services to over 3,000 clients
  2. Liaise with the Business Advisory division to service their client needs
  3. Develop and execute a strategy for corporate service management and streamlining
  4. Identify opportunities to improve processes using technology and educate/train staff
