Recruitment Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to attract and engage local and Interstate talent for technical white-collar positions and blue-collar trade roles, supporting successful project delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand project timelines, workforce requirements, and critical resourcing priorities.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for project-based roles by advertising vacancies and proactively sourcing skilled candidates via various platforms.
  • Manage high-volume screening, shortlisting, and interviewing to ensure quick turnaround and project readiness.
  • Ensure all recruitment data is accurately captured in our system and aligned with compliance and project reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Lead on talent strategies, including workforce planning, pipeline development, and employer branding to support successful project ramp-up.
About You:
  • You're a confident and proactive recruiter who excels in fast-paced environments, building authentic relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
  • To thrive in this role, you'll need to demonstrate proven experience recruiting for technical and trade roles, ideally within the construction, utilities, or engineering sectors.
  • Strong skills in proactive sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Excellent communication and time management, juggling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A natural ability to build rapport and work effectively with stakeholders across various levels, understanding project-driven recruitment needs.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
  • A current and valid Australian driver's licence.
