We are seeking a highly accomplished Project Director to lead and oversee all aspects of a high-profile project.
As the Project Director, you will work collaboratively with executive leadership, functional leaders, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project performance across the entire lifecycle.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Project lifecycle, ensuring strong performance and the timely resolution of issues.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the broader Project team regarding approach, activities, risks, and issues.
- Act as the critical conduit between the Project team and corporate leadership, managing upwards to facilitate effective executive and project governance.
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership to define and communicate the strategic direction of the Project.
- Drive resource management and project management strategies, supported by the Senior Manager, Capital Delivery, and the Commercial Lead.
About You:
You are a results-driven leader with demonstrated experience in managing complex projects at an executive level. You excel in aligning cross-functional teams and navigating diverse stakeholder environments to achieve shared goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in project management and leadership within a corporate or infrastructure setting.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and lead at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- A track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope.
