Heavy Vehicle Road Transport Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our dedicated maintenance team. Based in our Dubbo workshop, this full-time role is critical to the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of our diverse fleet.

This role involves delivering high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repairs across trucks, floats, light vehicles, and earthmoving equipment that support major infrastructure and civil construction projects across New South Wales.

  • Maintain and repair heavy vehicles and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and suppliers to maintain fleet efficiency and availability.
  • Support roadworthy inspections and complete service documentation accurately.
  • Promote WHS compliance and contribute to safety-focused pre-start/toolbox meetings.
Key Requirements
  • At least 2 years' post-trade experience as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic.
  • Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
  • Current Driver's Licence - (HR or HC desirable).
  • White Card.
