Job Title: Electrician - Installer

At Winning Services, we are seeking a skilled Electrician - Installer to join our team. As an Electrician - Installer, you will be responsible for delivering and installing appliances, including electrical connections and wiring, bench cutting, and other general modifications at customers' premises in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all work activities align with safety and handling inductions and training.
  • Follow WH&S policies and procedures to ensure safety and minimize risk during appliance delivery/installation.
  • Manage consumables efficiently and take care of company-supplied tools.
  • Scan inventory accurately and achieve loading accuracy.
  • Handle returns appropriately and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keep the loading area clean and free of debris and uphold high standards.
  • Perform loading, delivery, and/or installation duties, minimizing customer damage and rescheduling of tasks.
Requirements:
  • Electrical Cert/Licence.
  • Drivers Licence without any traffic convictions.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic focused on providing excellent customer service, with demonstrated customer experience.
  • Prioritise safety, with extensive knowledge and experience in safe manual handling.
  • Maintain a professional and composed demeanor while working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
What We Offer:
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm.
  • $79,040 - $88,920 + Super.
