The Electrician - Installation Specialist will play a crucial role in our team, responsible for the delivery and installation of appliances, including electrical connections and wiring, bench cutting, and other general modifications at customers' premises. This role requires a strong focus on Safety, Service, Cost, and Team, with a commitment to upholding our company values.

  • Ensure all work activities align with safety and handling inductions and training.
  • Follow WH&S policies and procedures to minimize risk during appliance delivery and installation.
  • Manage consumables efficiently and maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Scan inventory accurately and achieve loading accuracy.
  • Handle returns appropriately and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keep the loading area clean and free of debris, upholding high standards.
  • Perform loading, delivery, and/or installation duties, minimizing customer damage and rescheduling of tasks.
  • Fulfill other requested ad hoc duties and prioritize safety in all aspects of the job.

Requirements

  • Electrical Certificate/License.
  • Driver's License without any traffic convictions.
  • Strong work ethic focused on providing excellent customer service, with demonstrated customer experience.
  • Prioritize safety, with extensive knowledge and experience in safe manual handling.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Preferred, but not essential: Experience working with appliances, furniture, or large bulky items.
