**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a small team in designing and establishing maintenance management systems that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical advice and support on project plans, concepts, and strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex maintenance challenges.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or integrated logistics support.
  • Aerospace technical background and understanding of maintenance management systems.
  • Experience with Directorate of Aviation Safety Regulation (DASR) and Continuing Airworthiness Manager (CAM) service requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
