Your Responsibilities
  • Expand the company's presence in Brisbane through building client relationships.
  • Lead the delivery of high-quality multi-disciplinary building design services.
  • Build and mentor your team while maintaining our commitment to nurturing engineering talent.
  • Drive business growth and manage profitability for the Brisbane office.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in building services engineering in Brisbane and Queensland.
  • Strong market connections and business development capability.
  • Track record of building and leading successful teams.
  • Passion for sustainable, innovative engineering solutions.
  • A technical background across building services from either: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics or Fire Services.
