Job Title: Engine Field Service Specialist
Key Responsibilities:Achieve rapid response to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Manage engine maintenance programs to ensure peak performance and efficiency.
Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Perform diagnostics on complex issues using expertise.
Carry out a range of engine repairs including rebuilding and reconditioning.
Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Develop strong relationships with OEMs.
Provide exceptional customer service at the point of delivery.
Field service experience preferred, with heavy duty engine knowledge.
Relevant trade qualification (Heavy Diesel preferred).
Strong engine diagnostic skills, with problem-solving ability.
Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision.
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to regulations.
Valid driver's license, with clean driving record.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
