Academic Leadership Opportunity

The Head of School is a senior academic leadership position that requires expertise in both nursing and education. As the leader of the School of Nursing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to advance the school's mission and goals.

  • Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the school's mission and goals

  • Lead and manage the school's academic programs, including curriculum development and implementation

  • Collaborate with faculty members to develop and implement research initiatives

  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including industry partners and government agencies

  • Oversee the school's budget and resources

  • Ensure the school's compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in nursing or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in academic leadership, preferably in a nursing program

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders

  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
