We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Employment Relations and Safety team as a Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on employment relations and safety matters, with a focus on litigation and complex strategic advice.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior team members to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
Requirements
  • Senior Associate level with experience across employment and WHS matters; strong technical excellence; excellent written and verbal communication; commercial acumen; ability to deliver practical solutions; confident relationship-building; and a demonstrated passion for developing your career in employment relations and safety.
